Mark A. Block is a Partner in the Real Estate Development & Finance and Real Estate Capital Markets practices. He works with clients throughout the development, acquisition, leasing, and financial aspects of national real estate deals. Mark focuses on a diverse array of real estate projects, including office buildings, apartment complexes, industrial developments, and more. He also has an expertise in the negotiation of joint venture agreements, like kind exchange issues, and “forward” contracts, which provide valuable insight for clients throughout the buying, selling, and financing of real estate deals.
