Dan Weede represents owners, investors and developers in the acquisition, disposition, development and financing of commercial real estate, including industrial, hotel, multi-family and mixed-use properties. He has over 25 years of extensive experience representing hotel brands, owners, developers, lenders, and managers in all aspects of hotel ownership, management, and financing. He also routinely negotiates franchise and development agreements for hotel properties nationwide. Daniel’s passion for commercial real estate development led him to become a co-founder and former president of the Atlanta Hospitality Alliance, a professional development and networking group.
