John Green represents commercial real estate developers, owners, and investors in a variety of commercial transactions, including development, value add acquisition and disposition, joint ventures and financings for multi-family, retail, industrial and office properties. John also has extensive experience in both landlord and tenant-side leasing, borrower and lender representation in financing transactions, property management agreement negotiations and many other aspects of commercial real estate. His clients range from small local businesses to Fortune 500 companies.
Prior to attending law school, John attended West Point and served as an Infantry officer in the U.S. Army for six years. During that time, he obtained the rank of Captain, leading teams in diverse and challenging environments, including service in Arlington National Cemetery and deployment to Iraq.
