Anna Davis focuses her practice on office and retail leasing, general acquisition and development, deal structure, and general corporate matters within commercial real estate. She represents clients in the acquisition, development, disposition, financing, and leasing of commercial real estate. Anna is experienced in all facets of commercial real estate transactions across multiple asset classes, as well as joint ventures.
Prior to joining MMM, Anna worked at a law firm in the real estate and banking, and financial services practice. She received her law degree from the University of Alabama and her Bachelor’s degree from Birmingham-Southern College.
