Joe Berklund is Co-Chair of the Emerging Companies / Venture Capital practice and the firm's Florida Practice Leader. Joe’s practice includes representing venture backed and backable emerging companies, private equity backed companies and leading venture, growth equity, and private equity funds in financing and M&A transactions.

Joe also works with clients to add value in other ways through his network and the MMM ecosystem, including making introductions to capital sources, advisors, board members and other individuals and groups that can be resources to growing businesses.
