ATLANTA – September 27, 2023 — Morris, Manning & Martin advised Lumu Technologies in securing a $30M strategic investment led by San Francisco-based venture capital firm Forgepoint Capital.
Lumu is a cybersecurity startup that detects network threats and provides details about compromised assets, including when and how compromises occur and response recommendations for their customers. The partnership with Forgepoint who primarily invests in cybersecurity and infrastructure software companies, will allow Lumu to expand their U.S. sales team and increase their investments in research and development.
The Atlanta-based MMM team is led by Joe Berklund and includes Associates Matt Miehl and JD Hawkins.
