Daniel Noice represents developers and investors in all phases of commercial real estate transactions, including the development, acquisition, disposition, and capitalization of multifamily, industrial, retail, hotel, and office projects throughout the United States. Daniel also provides leasing services for landlords and tenants in all asset classes.

Dan’s previous experience includes serving as General Counsel for a large Atlanta-based commercial real estate developer. In that role, he managed all legal affairs of the company, including project development, capitalization, venture structuring, leasing, and property management. 

Representative Experience

  • Representation of one of the nation’s largest integrated multifamily investment, development, and management companies in the acquisition, development, capitalization, and management of a portfolio exceeding 70,000 multifamily units. 
  • Representation of one of the Southeast’s largest industrial developers in the acquisition, development, capitalization, and management of over 10 million square feet of industrial projects located throughout the United States.
  • Representation of commercial real estate developer and operator in the acquisition, development, leasing, and disposition of office buildings and mixed-use properties consisting of more than 4 million square feet in the southeastern United States.
  • Representation of publicly traded REIT in the acquisition and financing of multi-family housing assets valued at over $215,000,000.00.
  • Representation of regional developer in the development of a mixed-use property consisting of over 400 residential units and 180,000 square feet of Class A office space.
  • Representation of national industrial developer in the acquisition and financing of industrial properties in Texas, Oklahoma, and Georgia.
  • Representation of student housing developer in connection with a 500-unit student housing complex in Boston, Massachusetts.
  • Representation of international telecommunications carrier in connection with the negotiation of DAS, IBRD, and small cell leases and licenses.
