Anna Kouba is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Real Estate and Hospitality practices. She represents global hotel investment companies and multinational owners and operators of hotels in connection with the acquisition, sale and financing of hotel properties. She has experience managing all aspects of transactional closings on behalf of buyers, sellers and borrowers. In addition, she has represented a variety of clients in connection with commercial real estate transactions located throughout the world, including the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
In 2014, Anna served as counsel on the Americas Lodging Investment Summit’s Development of the Year, the 1,175-room Marriott Marquis in Washington, DC.
While in law school, Anna was a member of The Catholic University Law Review.
