Other firms on the panel include Ashurst LLP, Baker & McKenzie LLP, Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP, Burges Salmon LLP, Clifford Chance LLP, Dentons UK and Middle East LLP, DLA Piper UK LLP, Fieldfisher LLP, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, Pinsent Masons LLP, Sidley Austin LLP, Steptoe & Johnson UK LLP, Tereposky & DeRose LLP, TLT LLP, Van Bael & Bellis, White & Case LLP and Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP.

MMM was chosen to subcontract with Freshfields. Julie Mendoza told Law360 that "we look forward to seeing how this is going to work out."

"Morris Manning has particular experience with safeguard duties," Mendoza added, "which countries implement to shield their economies from an unexpected surge in imports, and has worked on pretty much every major trade dispute in the US from Canadian lumber to steel duties."
