MMM congratulates Argosy Real Estate Partners on the acquisition of the 164-room Best Western Premier Hotel in Jacksonville, Florida for repositioning as a Delta Hotel by Marriott. As part of the repositioning, the buyer group plans to perform a comprehensive renovation, including significant upgrades to the hotel common areas and guest rooms.
