Georgetown Law Presents the 2021 Virtual International Trade Update


Julie Mendoza is one of four panelists participating in Addressing Allegations of Distorted Production Inputs:  A U.S. and EU Perspective on “Particular Market Situations.” In this session, participants will hear how particular market situation allegations arise in different product areas and how they can and should be documented, Commerce’s current practice in examining these claims, information required from parties and methodologies employed, how other countries are handling particular market situation allegations, and how the issue has been litigated at the WTO.
