Force Majeure – when something unforeseeable prevents a party from fulfilling a contract – has been a big issue during the pandemic. That’s one reason the Atlanta Bar Association Construction Law Section will hold an upcoming breakfast event titled “Force Majeure: What is it and Can it Help Your Clients?” Vianney Lopez, an attorney in our Construction and Environmental Practices, will speak on the panel.
