Judi Quinby is a Paralegal in the firm’s Real Estate Development and Finance, Commercial Finance and Finance Capital Markets practices. She has over twenty-five years of experience assisting lawyers and clients with commercial real estate and multifamily finance transactions. Her experience includes working on all facets of retail, office, industrial and multi-family development transactions. She has worked on countless multi-property and multi-state transactions, including numerous portfolio deals involving more than 100 properties. Ms. Quinby also specializes with all facets of multi-family financing through the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (“Freddie Mac”), Federal Home Loan Bank AHP Funds, and low-income housing tax credits. Ms. Quinby is also well versed in CMBS lending practices.
Since joining the firm in 2006, Ms. Quinby has assisted attorneys in closing acquisition, disposition, development and financing transactions relating to multifamily residential developments, office complexes, restaurants, and senior facilities. Her duties include review of due diligence items, including comprehensive title, survey and zoning matters, as well as preparing objections and curative documentation. She also drafts and manages closing documents.
Ms. Quinby previously worked for a large law firm in Atlanta as a Commercial Real Estate Legal Assistant and Paralegal.
