Jessica Porter has more than a decade of experience working hands-on with attorneys and clients in legal support capacities. Her experience includes contract management, informational technology, transactional and litigation, government affairs, labor relations, corporate and security transactions, corporate governance and compliance, commercial real estate, and finance transactions, among other matters.
Jessica has significant experience in closing acquisitions, dispositions, development and financing transactions relating to hotels and multifamily residential developments. Her work includes drafting, filing and managing various business entity documents for corporations, LLCs and partnerships with state agencies. Jessica coordinates the filing of formation and dissolution documents in various state jurisdictions as well as reviews due diligence items and prepares and drafts resolutions and actions by written consents, officer certificates and other closing documents.
Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a Legal Assistant in an In-house legal department at an International Packaging Company. There, she focused on contract management, informational technology, governments affairs, labor relations, corporate and security transactions.
