Ashley Klein focuses on trademark matters and intellectual property litigation. She routinely assists clients with identifying, and enforcing their U.S. and international intellectual property rights. Ashley has experience handling intellectual property disputes, particularly patent and trademark infringement claims. Ashley regularly represents trademark owners in opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
Ashley additionally maintains an active intellectual property prosecution practice, where she routinely prepares, files, and prosecutes trademark and patent applications before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Ashley works with a variety of mechanical technologies, including those related to the medical and agriculture industries.
While attending the University of Georgia School of Law, Ashley served as the Notes Editor of the Georgia Law Review and worked as a research assistant for Professor Dan T. Coenen in the area of constitutional law.
