Alexis Hall focuses her practice in the areas of technology, media and data privacy. She has experience drafting and negotiating licensing and technology agreements, as well as drafting and advising on all types of commercial matters, including professional services agreements, vendor agreements, non-disclosure agreements, purchase orders, statements of work and software-as-a-service agreements, among others. Alexis also advises clients on M&A matters and the development of corporate policies, contract templates and other materials.
Alexis graduated from DePaul University College of Law, where she was recognized for highest grade in Mission-Based Lawyering with 2019 Center for Computer-Assisted Legal Instruction (CALI).
