Wyatt Kendall Selected as Chair of Environmental Law Section for the State Bar of Georgia

Wyatt Kendall was selected as Chair of the Environmental Law Section for the State Bar of Georgia. In this leadership role, Wyatt will connect with practitioners across the environmental law landscape, including attorneys in government agencies, public interest organizations, and private practice, to advance the Environmental Law Section’s mission and foster collaboration within the field.

This role also positions Wyatt to remain actively informed on evolving environmental issues, including significant legislative and regulatory developments at both the state and federal levels. His appointment follows prior service as Vice Chair and Treasurer of the Section, reflecting his longstanding dedication to the advancement of environmental law in Georgia.

Wyatt focuses his practice on brownfield redevelopment and urban renewal projects. He routinely advises local and national industrial, multi-family, mixed-use, and retail clients on the acquisition, development, disposition, management, and financing of properties with significant environmental issues and properties within urban and industrial areas across the country. He also represents corporate and lending clients in environmental matters in the context of various corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
