Will Planert Appointed to U.S. Court of International Trade’s Rules Advisory Committee

Will Planert, partner in MMM’s International Trade practice group, was recently appointed to the U.S. Court of International Trade’s Rules Advisory Committee.

The CIT’s Rules Advisory Committee consists of attorneys devoted to the administration of justice in customs and international trade law. As a member of the committee, Planert will work to improve Court Rules and procedures for all those practicing before the CIT.

Planert’s appointment to the Rules Advisory Committee marks another standout for MMM’s International Trade practice group. Planert and the entire MMM International Trade practice group hold significant experience practicing before the CIT, and such appointment further cements MMM’s position as a leading firm in International Trade.
