ATLANTA – July 9, 2025 – MMM AI Practice Leader Roy Hadley was appointed to the State Bar of Georgia’s Artificial Intelligence and Emerging Technology Committee for 2025-2026.
This committee will examine how the Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct address technological advancements, focusing on artificial intelligence and its implications for law practitioners. It will assess whether the existing rules and policies of the State Bar of Georgia adequately govern lawyers' conduct regarding emerging technologies. Additionally, the committee will explore how the State Bar can best support its members as they incorporate artificial intelligence and other technological innovations into their legal practices. Upon completing its review, the committee will present its findings and recommendations to the Executive Committee, the Board of Governors, and the Supreme Court of Georgia.
