MMM Represents Flatfile in $50 Million Series B Round

09.27.2022

DENVER September 27, 2022 — Morris, Manning & Martin advised Denver-based Flatfile, the pioneer of AI-assisted data exchange, in a $50 million Series B funding round led by Tiger Global Management, LLC. The round will enable the company to expand and support its fastest growing segment: global enterprise companies.

Flatfile's vision is to enable seamless data exchange between companies — large and small — throughout the world. With AI-assisted data exchange, Flatfile eliminates repetitive work and makes B2B data exchange fast, intuitive and error-free. The Flatfile platform automatically learns how imported data should be structured and cleaned, enabling customers and teams to spend more time using their data instead of fixing it. More than 500 companies already use Flatfile for customer data exchange; new offerings will enable enterprise companies to slash data importing and activation time by months.
