Atlanta (Febuary 9, 2021) – The area near Fulton Industrial Boulevard corridor and MLK Jr. Drive is either blighted or in a great position to blossom with economic opportunity, depending on who you ask. MMM’s Alex Heaton was Project Manager on ULI Atlanta’s Technical Assistance Panel Project for the area, which includes The Fulton County Executive Airport. An article Heaton authored for ULI in The Saporta Report suggests the county and private developers could create a new vision for the area. The article includes suggestions to transform the location, which is near both the Chattahoochee River and industrial facilities, into a vibrant, beautiful and potentially green gateway into Atlanta.
