We continuously commit to values of equality by consistently scoring a perfect 100 in the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index, an annual assessment of LGBTQ workplace equality, as well as earning Mansfield 5.0 Plus certification status, an objective measure of the firm’s commitment to diversity including LGBTQ attorneys. More than 50 of our attorneys participate in Atlanta Legal Aid’s Gender Affirming Name Change Project, a pro bono legal name change service for low-income transgender, gender non-conforming, and non-binary people. Additionally, we actively recruit attorneys through the Southeastern Minority Job Fair and other diverse networks.
