We invite participation and input from all members of the MMM family:

Staff members, associates and partners join together for our Community Service Projects, Deck Parties and Holiday Parties;
The Associates Council meets with firm management monthly to provide Associate input on management issues.

Our philosophy is working - MMM leads all Atlanta law firms in categories ranging from firm growth and profitability to the number of IPOs and venture capital transactions handled. And most telling of all: During the last five years, 17 partners of other leading Atlanta law firms have left their firms to join MMM.
