Represented Canfor Corporation in achieving low antidumping and countervailing duty rates for its exports of softwood lumber from Canada to the United States

Obtained hundreds of Section 232 exclusions for clients across steel and aluminum consuming industries; successfully sued the U.S. Department of Commerce after exclusions were denied and negotiated a settlement for a client that led to the refund of millions of dollars

Represented Dongbu Steel in connection with the antidumping duty order on corrosion-resistant steel and the countervailing duty orders on corrosion-resistant steel and cold-rolled steel, as well as litigation at the U.S. Court of International Trade over the final results of a countervailing duty proceeding

Represented POSCO, one of the largest steel producers in the world, in several ongoing countervailing duty administrative reviews, one which successfully brought the 59% margin down to under 1%

Represented the American Institute for International Steel in a high-stakes matter regarding the constitutionality of the President’s power to implement steel tariffs under Section 232

Represented Prosperity Tieh Enterprise Co., Ltd in an antidumping duty review of corrosion-resistant steel products before the U.S. Department of Commerce, resulting in a reduced dumping margin to 2%
