Sam Wesley represents businesses and public entities in complex litigation involving product liability, insurance coverage, and commercial disputes. His practice includes advising on coverage issues for both first-party and third-party claims under a broad range of policies, including products liability, commercial general liability, cyber, excess, and reinsurance. He is also experienced in handling bad faith and declaratory judgment matters.
In addition to insurance-related litigation, Sam defends businesses and public entities in claims involving product defects, contract disputes, and business torts. He has appeared in state and federal courts across the country and represents clients through all phases of litigation, including discovery, motions practice, trial preparation, and negotiated resolution.
Before joining MMM, Sam practiced at national and boutique litigation firms, where he resolved over 100 matters through negotiation, mediation, and litigation. He has also co-authored legal commentary on Georgia’s evolving settlement laws and is a two-time national finalist in moot court competitions.
