Sam Collier represents clients in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, finance transactions, venture capital, strategic investments, and general corporate matters.
Sam received his bachelor’s degree from Georgia Southern University and law degree from Georgia State University. During his time at Georgia State, he was a part of the Law Review, as well as a College of Law Dean’s Scholarship Recipient. Prior to joining MMM, Sam was a summer associate at MMM.
