Robert W. Reardon was a partner in the Real Estate and Commercial Finance Practices and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Bob practiced in the area of real estate development and finance, commercial lending and creditor’s rights. He had extensive experience in representing lenders and developers in construction and permanent financing involving multifamily, commercial and resort residential properties. Bob also had experience representing Freddie Mac seller/servicers providing permanent financing for multifamily properties throughout the Southeast and regularly represented lenders in loan workouts and foreclosures.
