Kelli Church counsels and represents employers with respect to various employment matters, including hiring and separation concerns, restrictive covenants, internal investigations, policy and procedure reviews, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Additionally, Kelli represents employers in employment litigation in federal and state court involving the ADA, ADEA, Title VII, FMLA, FLSA, restrictive covenants, and state wage laws. She represents clients in administrative proceedings, including investigations conducted by the EEOC and state agencies.
Kelli also provides legal counsel regarding labor and employment issues related to business opening and closings, mergers and acquisitions (buy- and sell-side), and other business transactions. She has experience negotiating and drafting employment-related contracts, including employment agreements, restrictive covenant agreements, and separation agreements.
