Joseph R. Manning was a founding partner of the firm. Joseph’s background in civil litigation concentrated in commercial litigation representing both plaintiffs and defendants, generally in the context of corporate and partnership disputes. He was involved in class actions where he has been counsel for both plaintiffs and defendants. The matters he has handled include corporate and partnership disputes, securities fraud cases, product liability cases, real estate disputes, intellectual property disputes, insurance disputes, and numerous other types of business and commercial disputes.
Joseph also had considerable experience in alternative dispute resolution including arbitrations and mediations. For a number of years, he was a member of the Panel of Arbitrators for the American Arbitration Association.
