Amanda Berry is a paralegal in MMM’s Lending practice. Amanda has experience with preparing primary and ancillary loan document drafts for attorney review in connection with loans, drafting loan and real estate transfer documents for commercial real estate closings for lenders, buyers, and sellers. She also facilitates and coordinates communication between all parties in transactions from inception through closing. Additionally, Amanda conducts and coordinates public records searches including UCC, lien, and bankruptcy searches.
Prior to joining MMM, Amanda worked as a paralegal in both construction and real estate practices for multiple law firms
