The Daily Report recently featured Matthew Carlucci’s return to Morris, Manning & Martin, in the article “After Move to Reed Smith, M&A Lawyer Returns to Morris Manning as First Post-Merger New Partner.” Carlucci has rejoined the firm’s Corporate practice in
Washington, D.C., and will become one of the first new partners following the firm’s upcoming merger with Taft Stettinius & Hollister.
A former MMM associate who practiced with the firm for over seven years, Matt focuses on middle-market mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, and strategic transactions for emerging companies and technology clients. His decision to return reflects both a personal and professional alignment with the firm’s culture and growth strategy. As he told the Daily Report, “With the merger with Taft comes a unique opportunity to really have a national firm with local roots in the community.”
Managing Partner Simon Malko noted that Matt’s return represents both continuity and momentum as MMM and Taft unite to expand their corporate capabilities across markets.
