Atlanta (January 20, 2022) — Morris, Manning & Martin advised client Wavecrest and its portfolio company BigTime Software, Inc., in a $100 Million strategic growth investment from Vista Equity Partners.
BigTime is a premier provider of cloud-based software for professional services firms. It will use the investment to enhance product development and innovation, drive recruiting efforts for BigTime’s Chicago headquarters and Phoenix office, and bolster customer sales and support. Vista is the leading global investment firm focused exclusively on enterprise software, data and technology-enabled businesses, with $86 billion in assets under management as of September 2021. It has offices in Austin, Chicago, New York, San Francisco, Oakland and Hong Kong. Existing BigTime investor Wavecrest Growth Partners will retain a stake in the company alongside its founder and a small number of additional stakeholders. The investment was announced on Jan. 20, 2022.
