The Mansfield Rule uses a data-driven certification process to ensure that all qualified talent has a fair and equal opportunity to advance into leadership roles. Since joining in 2017, MMM has worked to make its advancement processes more transparent while expanding the pool of candidates considered for hiring and promotion.
This year, MMM joins more than 275 law firms nationwide in achieving Mansfield Certification, including Taft. Since the program’s launch in 2017, Mansfield-certified firms have seen measurable progress in creating more inclusive practices and diversifying their leadership ranks.
