Atlanta (December 3, 2014) ─ Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP (MMM) is pleased to announce the arrival of Jennifer M. Moseley, Partner in the firm’s Buckhead office. Moseley joins the firm’s Corporate Practice and will work closely with MMM’s nationally-recognized Technology Practice.
Moseley counsels start-up and emerging growth companies with respect to capital formation, financing strategies and general corporate governance. “Jennifer adds depth to MMM’s strong securities and M&A teams. She is a great addition and fit,” said Louise M. Wells, Managing Partner. “Her niche EB-5 practice adds real value to what we offer clients.”
Prior to joining MMM, Moseley was a partner in the Atlanta office of Barnes & Thornburg LLP and was previously a partner in the Birmingham office of Burr & Forman LLP. She received her J.D. from Cornell University and B.A. cum laude from New York University.
