The article focuses on an intensive three-year mentoring program the firm launched in 2021.
“Many associates are busy thinking about the day-to-day, a motion or a deal closing, and sometimes you need to take a couple of steps back,” Chief Diversity Partner Dan Huynh said. “This program allows people the opportunity to think about their practice and what kind of partner they want to be.”
