Atlanta (March 21, 2014) – Morris, Manning & Martin LLP is pleased to announce that it has been selected as one of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution Top Workplaces.
The Top Workplaces are determined based solely on employee feedback. The employee survey, which was completed by both attorneys and staff, is conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement. The attorneys and staff answered questions focused on two areas – whether the company is likely to succeed in the long term and how they feel about their day-to-day jobs. At MMM, nearly 50 percent of the attorneys and staff responded.
The firm’s responses were compared to the responses of over 1,200 companies. Of the 1,200, only 100 were selected as Top Workplaces.
