MMM Again Named a Top Atlanta Workplace

Atlanta (March 2018) – For the fifth year in a row, Morris, Manning & Martin is confirmed to be one of Metro Atlanta’s best employers. MMM is one of the top finishers in The Atlanta Journal-Constitution 2018 Top Workplaces competition.

“The editor of the AJC said last year that honorees account for only the top .1% of businesses in Metro Atlanta,” said MMM Managing Partner Louise Wells. “To be in that number, much less rated so highly, is quite an honor.”

The AJC and Energage, an employee research and consulting firm, surveyed 256 Atlanta-area companies. Topics included employee engagement, company leadership, how well employees work together toward a common cause, plus basic issues including pay, benefits and flexible work schedules.

MMM is the highest-ranked law firm in the Midsize Workplace category, which measures companies in the Atlanta region with between 150 and 499 employees. It finished #14 on the list – finishing in the top 15 of companies of similar sizes.

The winners were announced at a ceremony honoring the Top 150 workplaces Feb. 28 at the Georgia Aquarium. The AJC published the results in a special section March 4.
