Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP has added even more depth to its highly regarded Technology practice. With over 25 years of experience negotiating technology transactions, Tim Dodson has joined the firm as Of Counsel.
“Tim is an outstanding addition to our MMM Tech team,” said John Yates, a lead partner in the group. “He brings unique legal and business experience as a lawyer with both private practice and in-house experience.”
Dodson will be a key player with the firm’s Technology Transactions team, where he will bring his considerable experience structuring and negotiating technology transactions – SaaS and cloud services arrangements, enterprise software implementation projects, reseller agreements, fintech arrangements, outsourcing transactions and payments transactions. He will also assist the firm’s Private Equity and Corporate teams on technology-related issues with respect to M&A transactions and private equity investments.
Group leader Paul Arne expressed his excitement over the team's growth: “We are very pleased to add such an experienced and capable attorney to our firm. Tim is an excellent lawyer, easy to work with, very capable, and very responsive. He is a key player in providing great service to our growing list of clients.”
In addition to his legal degree, Dodson is a graduate of the Harvard Business School and active member of the HBS Club of Atlanta.
