Atlanta, GA (November 1, 2011) - The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers elected Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP partner Jason D'Cruz a Fellow of the College. The annual installation of Fellows will take place in Seattle on November 5 during the ABA's Labor and Employment Law Section's CLE Conference. Mr. D’Cruz practices in the areas of employment law, executive compensation, and restrictive covenant litigation. He also advises companies on multi-state employment issues.
Election as a Fellow represents recognition by D’Cruz’s colleagues that he has distinguished himself as an outstanding professional who has made sustained contributions to the field of Labor and Employment law. Less than 100 Fellows are elected each year across the U.S. and Canada. .
The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, headquartered in Annapolis, Maryland, was founded in 1995 on the 60th anniversary of the National Labor Relations Board and the 30th anniversary of Title VII (prohibiting employment discrimination) and Executive Order 11246 (creating equal employment opportunity).
