Not only do we have new health care laws (the "Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act" - "PPACA" and the "Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act" - "HCERA") that have been signed into law since late March, but we also now are starting to see some guidance produced by the affected governmental agencies relating to these laws.
