The ideal candidate will possess top academic credentials and writing skills, as well as at least four or more years of M&A, corporate finance, securities, and private equity experience. Large law firm experience strongly preferred. Must be admitted to the Georgia Bar or committed to becoming a member of the Georgia Bar.
