Partner Chuck Beaudrot is speaking on a variety of topics related to employment law, creditor’s rights, and entity governance issues with a special focus on highlighting those issues that can create or reduce liability risks for businesses and their principals. The speaking engagement, whose title is "Business Law Update: A Review of Significant Recent Cases, Regulations, and Legislation Affecting Businesses and Their Owners," will take place at the Southeastern Accounting Show at the Georgia International Convention Center in Atlanta. The show is the largest GSCPA event attracting over 1,400 CPA’s from Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama, and Mississippi who practice in all areas of the profession.
