Stephen A. Morrison assists clients in a wide variety of international trade matters and proceedings, including antidumping and countervailing duty measures, Section 301 and Section 232 exclusion requests, and Enforce and Protect Act investigations before U.S. Customs and Border Protection. He also prepares briefs and other filings in cases before the U.S. Department of Commerce, the U.S. Court of International Trade, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

Prior to joining the firm, Stephen served as a clerk for Chief Judge Mark A. Barnett of the U.S. Court of International Trade. Stephen was also an associate at a global law firm where he represented companies in domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate governance matters.

While in law school, Stephen was a member of the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law and worked as a research assistant for Professor Tim Meyer, whom he assisted in researching and writing articles on international trade law. He has a limited working proficiency in Korean.
