Kenneth ”Kenny” Henson focuses his practice on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and development of office, retail, industrial, mixed-use, multifamily, and other commercial properties as well as representation of lenders and borrowers in real property acquisition and development financing, construction financing, and term financing. Kenny also has experience in joint ventures and has represented creditors and purchasers in non-judicial foreclosures.

Prior to joining MMM, Kenny practiced at an Am Law 100 firm counseling investment trusts, international corporations, joint ventures, and developers in all accepts of real estate matters including, lease arrangement, office space, refinances, and more
