Hillary Lukacs practices with the litigation group at MMM. She has experience litigating a broad range of domestic and international disputes, including business torts, shareholders’ rights, complex real estate transactions, intellectual property, securities class actions, insurance coverage, and products liability. She represents clients in a variety of industries and has specialized expertise in the areas of corporate governance, land use and zoning, data security, and alternative dispute resolution. Ms. Lukacs chairs the Atlanta Chapter of the North America Branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, is a board member with the Atlanta Arbitration Society, and assisted in launching the new Atlanta Center for International Arbitration and Mediation. Ms. Lukacs is also an active member on the Atlanta Litigation Section Board as well as the UGA Young Alumni/Alumnae Committee.
