Eric Larson: Attorneys

Eric Larson has broad litigation experience advising clients on complex matters related to general commercial litigation, products liability, commercial real estate disputes, and insurance coverage. Eric has specialized experience in M&A post-closing dispute resolution, including representations and warranties insurance claims, alternative dispute resolution, and land use and zoning matters. He has also represented pro bono clients in state and federal courts.

Before joining the firm, Eric was a litigation associate in the Chicago office of an AmLaw 50 firm. Before entering private practice, Eric served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Tu M. Pham in the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee.

Complex title insurance matter on behalf of policyholder regarding easements in mixed-use development
