Ella Vacca focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, finance transactions, strategic investments, emerging companies and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Ella held extern and intern positions with Oxford Industries Legal Department. Ella graduated from Emory University, where she was involved in the Corporate and Business Law Society, Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal, and Student Bar Association.. Before attending law school, Ella obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a Master of International Business from the University of Florida.
