Anna Kouba has over 13 years of experience in the hospitality industry serving as counsel on high-profile hotel projects in key markets. These transactions involve the acquisition, financing, franchising and management of hotels, resorts and related amenities such as restaurants, spa, golf, tennis, and event facilities. Anna has experience on all sides of the deal, representing hotel owners and operators, private equity funds, real estate investments trusts and publicly held corporations. In addition, she has experience serving as counsel on commercial real estate transactions throughout the United States and in Mexico, the Caribbean, Europe, Asia, and the United Arab Emirates.
