AJ Murphy is a paralegal in MMM’s Intellectual Property practice. AJ holds significant expertise in all areas related to trademarks and focuses heavily on the trademark process by managing filings with the U.S Patent and Trademark Office, retrieving US and foreign patents and patent file histories, and maintaining files and information relating to pending cases. Additionally, AJ prepares materials for use in upcoming and ongoing IP-related proceedings, applications, and filings.
Prior to joining MMM, AJ worked as a paralegal in both intellectual property and loan closing practices for multiple law firms.
