Robert W. Reardon is a partner in the Real Estate and Commercial Finance Practices. Mr. Reardon practices in the area of real estate development and finance, commercial finance and creditor’s rights. Mr. Reardon has extensive experience in representing lenders and developers in construction and permanent financing involving multifamily, commercial and resort residential properties. Mr. Reardon also has experience representing Freddie Mac seller/servicers providing permanent financing for multifamily properties throughout the Southeast. Mr. Reardon regularly represents lenders in loan workouts and foreclosures.

Recent Experience

• Represented lender in $97 million financing for construction of 237 room luxury hotel and condominium project in downtown Atlanta.
• Represented developer in $50 million sale of 450 acre development parcel in the Orlando, Florida area.
• Represented developer in $200 million financing for construction of condominium village in Orlando-area resort.
• Represented developer in $54 million financing for construction of 222 unit riverfront condominium tower in Jacksonville, Florida.
• Represented bank in $22 million financing for construction of 294 unit apartment project in Houston, Texas.
• Represented bank in $17 million financing for construction of a 240 unit apartment project in Montgomery, Alabama.
• Represented lender in $13 million re-finance of shopping center in Marietta, Georgia.
